Server crashed everytime i attempt to login using Pandion client

I’ve Openfire version 3.4.5 running on Proliant DL360 with 2K3/SP2, t i’m able to connect to the admin console and performs admin functions. However, everytime i used Pandion or other IM clients to loggin into the server, the server crashed. There is no errors on the events viewer.

Any suggestions?

Latest OS patches have been applied to the server.
