I am very novice to networking. I work in the office of a very small business and we would like to have spark set up as an instant messanger but not sure how to get the name of my server for the log in? please help?

You will need to setup and run Openfire in addition to Spark, as Openfire is the server side of things. You will then point your Spark clients to the Openfire server you have setup on your network (it’s IP address or whatever).

When it asks, just use the embedded database (HSQLDB) since it will be the simplest to setup.
