Does wildfire allow the ability to log the text in a IM session? Is it something that can be turned on or off?

I was just playing with that today. I’'m new to Wildfire too. In the web admin console look under Server Settings --> Message Audit Policy. Enable Message Auditing. You probably only want Audit Message Packets.
