I am evaluating the enterprise version of openfire and I am having a problem getting the webchat to work. I am not going to need the fast path, I just want a web based chat client to give to my users.
after I install the spark fastpath webchat plugin it says it installed successfully and to click on the image to login. there is no image but there is a place holder. when I click on the placeholder it opens a new window that just says close window.
If I browse to http://10.12.1.186:9090/webchat/ it says says click on an available group but doesn’‘t list any groups because I didn’'t setup any fastpath groups.
any help appreciated.
