Share Group, but not with members of that Group

Hi everyone,

I’'d like to share an AD Group with multiple groups, without sharing it with the members of the original AD Group.

In otherwords, I’'d like to share the members of Group 1 with Group 2, and Group 3, but not with the members of Group 1. Is this possible?
