Is there a SIP phonebook plugin for Spark OR is there a say to enter contacts into a roster as phonebook contacts rather than XMPP roster contacts. From what I understand you can only add contacts that have a vaild JID. However let’s say I wanted to add my buddies home phone number into my roster but he doesn’t have an IM profile just a phone number appears this cannot be done.
Questions:
- Is there a Spark SIP Phonebook Plugin?
- Can contacts that do not have a JID or IM Client ID be added to roster for calling?
- Also are there any plans to have Spark recognize “sip:xxxx” browser extension?
