Almost the same issue as here:
OF 3.6.4, Spark 2.5.8, Spark 2.6.0 beta 2 - Spark says: “Failed to start phone”
I’ve tried to do:
“in openfire, delete phone mapping for user in Phone, deleted user in openfire. added same user in openfire and phone mapping.”
But our OF is AD integrated, so I can not jut delete user.
How to find whats wrong? Where are the SIPPlugin logs? On SIP Server (SipX 4.3.0 - working - other SIP clients works fine) it seems that OF+SIPPlugin does not even tries to connect.
OF and SipX are in one subnet, clients connects to them from another by routing (no NAT)
