Smack 4.4.4: smack JingleReason missing implementation

Per xmpp documen i.e. XEP-0166: Jingle

Kindly consider adding the support for the following optional items as per:

Reason Element

  • The element MAY contain a element that provides human-readable information about the reason for the action.
    See How It works Example 8. Responder terminates the session

  • The element MAY contain an element qualified by some other namespace that provides more detailed machine-readable information about the reason for the action.

aTalk is porting to use smack jingle library for media call, and is using the above two JingleReason elements.
