Hello
Some of my AD users can’t login to Spark. I checked them on the Users tab on Openfire and they’re not appearing. But then I went to the group list and they are there with with no hyperlink and with an * at the end. What does that mean?

Did you hover over or click the * to see if tells you anything. are the users outside of one of your filters?
It says something weird, i don’t know if the problem is the translation coz I installed Openfire in Portuguese.
Remote users must accept presence subscription automatically.

Plus, i see now that new AD users are NOT appearing. The * thing is on old users, not the new ones. It is not synchronizing the new users. Any idea??
