like above namespace. what meaning about these?

or where can i find the answer?

Those namespaces are defined in the XMPP specification.

urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-bind --> http://www.xmpp.org/specs/rfc3920.html#bind

urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-session --> http://www.xmpp.org/specs/rfc3921.html#session
