Hi,
Instead of yahoo messenger we are using Open fire Instant messenger ( Spark) for our internal security purpose, whenever i give request to add my contact to someone, they unable to receive my request and i too face the same issues by the way. In my company all are using this same spark 2.5.4 Software. Everyone face the same issues.
Kindly give any solution for this issue
