Try to replicate for me: enable Spaces on your Leopard machine, I have 4 but dont think it matters, put Spark in one Space, and Safari in another space, then + between the two running applications, and watch what happens. If yours behaves as ours does, Spark will not come to the fore. If you do this with other applications, those applications will come to the fore, and if theyre in another Space than the one the user is in right then, Spaces will change to the proper Space to bring it to the fore.
Keep up the great work on this app’, it has the potential to be my one window (one day)(soon?).
