Spark 2.6.3 login errors

Running 2.6.3 with openfire server, all other users are fine. I think this may be due to Java 1.7 on my laptop, but unsure. All firewalls on my laptop are off and always are. Tried to hit the server with name and IP, neither are working. any ideas?

I did a wireshark on my pc when attempting to connect, is this normal for the port to change? maybe port forwarding is happening somewhere?
