Spark 2.6.3 - Password changing problem

People,

I’m new to Spark administration and I have a problem with my clients.

It’s the folowing:

People who use Spark in my organization can’t change their passwords. I’ve tried to do the same with no success.

I’ve attached pictures that explain a bit more what is my issue.

Hope someone could help me.

Maybe password changes are restricted on the server. In case of Openfire server go to Admin Console > Server > Server Settings > Registration & Login - set “Change Password” to Enabled and save settings.
