If I search for a user through the Search service, then I get the Username and this must be Name
Tested on Spark 2.9.3 and Spark 2.9.5
I think you mean, that if you double click user from search results it opens a chat window with username in the tab. I guess it could be changed to user Name fields instead (if it is not empty).
