Spark 6.0 Beta 1 bug - File Transfer: Download Directory "Browse" button not functioning

After installing the latest Spark 6.0 Beta 1 client and using it I noticed a bug which I’m posting here:

Under the configuration preferences:

Preferences ->File Transfer: Download Directory “Browse” button not functioning - no window to browse, no error window either

I should add a little background. This occurs in a Windows domain installation. The user account being used to configure Spark has local admin priviledges within XP SP3.
