I made some changes into bookmarks plugin in Spark. please check it’s functionality and commit changes into svn.

Can you describe what exactly have you changed?
Some time bookmark plugin was loaded before Bookmarks User interface. I made this plugin to wait for Bookmarks UI, clean code a little and added @Override annotations for implemented methods.
As usually i can’t apply your patch Btw, i see that you can create tickets in Jira, so you can file that youself too
Still, no luck.
