Using the 3.0.2 version we have had a odd issue. Server had to be rebooted , once up anyone that sends a message to another user and closes the window the chat is gone. Past chats or history for anyone that user has sent a message is gone.
However if I check the local (pc) folder i can see the transcripts folder with all the past chats.
The exit option is missing from the File menu we are not sure why. Before today we had a way to exit spark and chat history. It’s like the local client lost the path to save the transcripts and to exit the client.
I have remove and deleted all folders with spark and reinstall no change , even used an olde version of spark. the server is running verson 4.7.5
