Spark Client - Control / Limit "Add Contact"?

For the Spark Client (v2.6.3), is it possible to control / limit the “Add Contact” functionality? Here’s what we’re trying to accomplish: Once a person (agent) has connected to the Spark server, they should only be able to “chat” with their Supervisor or POD leader. I’m thinking the best way to handle this is to only allow “agents” the ability to add their supervisor as a contact.

Is this possible? What is the best way to limit agent to agent chats?

Read this document . There is an option to disable these menu options (Add contact or group). Not an easy and pleasant way. but that’s how things are when you need a non-standard non-default solution.
