For the Spark Client (v2.6.3), is it possible to control / limit the “Add Contact” functionality? Here’s what we’re trying to accomplish: Once a person (agent) has connected to the Spark server, they should only be able to “chat” with their Supervisor or POD leader. I’m thinking the best way to handle this is to only allow “agents” the ability to add their supervisor as a contact.
Is this possible? What is the best way to limit agent to agent chats?
