Spark client dialog stops responding

We have several computers where the Spark Dialog window becomes unresponsive. You can get focus but clicking on the menu buttons have not effect. I thought it was Spark so I tried to uninstall it via the Add/Remove and the Remove dialog buttons were unresponsive as well. I tried a random program and I experience the same problem … I could get button focus but clicking had no effect. I rebooted and Spark started working again … at least for awhile. I suspect some type of virus so I ran multiple viri scanners and Ad-ware programs. After a few days, the problem comes back. I don’‘t believe it’'s Spark but, unfortunately, Spark has high visibility and taking unwarranted criticism.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix or repair?

Spark stops to work and after 1 or 2 minutes back to work again.
