Spark Client on local server for users to download?

When we were running WildFire we had links that let us download the client directly from our server as such:

Windows: https://jabber.####:####/plugins/sparkmanager/getspark?os=windows

Mac OS X: https://jabber.####:####/plugins/sparkmanager/getspark?os=mac

Linux/Unix: https://jabber.####:####/plugins/sparkmanager/getspark?os=linux

But since our upgrade I cannot figure out how to make this happen, I cannot find the plugin for this, can anyone help?
