Spark client save on my own Server

HI,

we have a Jabber Server and for our User we want to the Spark client. My questions is can i store the Spark Client on my own Server. And than the USer can download it from our Server. That is faser than I take a Link ti jivesoftware Server.

I thats allows from the Lizens??
