Hello everyone,
I have an odd case where one user, when messaged, or attempting to message another user will cause his Spark to completely freeze and crash. Has anyone run into an issue like this? It used to work fine.

If it happens only when trying to message a particular contact, you can find the transcript (history) file with that contact and delete it. In the Spark profile folder of the crashing Spark.
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Spark\user\username@jservername\transcripts
