When I try to start a conversation with a contact in specific, just one in particular, the Spark is locked and unresponsive, the only way to close it is ending the process from the windows task manager.
Also if the same contact, try to write from the other side, the client does not receive the message.
I have the version 2.6.3, windows 7, 32 bit, with openfire.
May be due to this problem? Only about 1 contact with everyone else works normally
We see this happen occastionally, it’s due to a local corrupt file in your Spark folder. Here are our instructions on fixing the problem:
Occasionally a local Spark users transcripts file becomes corrupt and anytime that users tries to Spark the corrupt user transcript one or both of the Spark clients freeze.
To resolve this issue do the following:
Windows 7 - C:\Users\WINDOWS-USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Spark
Or you can dive into Spark profile and find the affected transcript file in Spark\user\your_username\transcripts - contact@server.xml and delete or rename only this file.
