Howdy Folks,
So I am auditioning Spark/openfire and I have encountered an issue with the -stickyness- (for lack of a better word) of connectivity. We have a lot of laptop users who dock/undock. When they undock and go to wireless Spark will lose a connection and is, most of the time, unable to re-connect without restarting. If it does re-connect without restarting, all of the connections to the conference rooms are cut. You need to re-enter. Is this a ‘feature?’ What do I need to tweak on the system so Spark can find home quickly and reconnect when the connection is temporarily severed. Thanks for the help,
