Spark doesn't allow to change user status

Hi!

I’ve searched all over this forum for this solution or information and so far nothing.
I’ve installed Spark 2.8.3 and it doesn’t let me change the user status to Idle, for example. It is kinda “blocked” or something.
Other thing that doesn’t appear to me is the “Preferences” Menu. Has it gone away in this version? I Want to enable chat history and I can’t.
Is that anything to do with this padlock that appear in the bottom of the Spark :\

Well, this was quite simple.
I had a Client Control plugin installed in Openfire… I had to update this plugin also.
I am sorry for the inconvenience.
