Spark Doesn't Receive Messages

Hello,

I have an issue with Spark client where I can only receive like 1 message per day then I don’t get any messages after that. I have tried uninstalling it and deleting everything related to Spark and it did not solve my issue.

Which version of Spark and Openfire are you using?

I am using Spark version 2.9.4 and Openfire version 4.6.4. I know this issue is on my end somehow because we have other users using this Spark server and their messages send/receive correctly every time.

Hopefully this is what you’re looking for. Found in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Spark\logs

If I do Help->View logs I get a message saying "No error logs found.’

remove folder Spark from %appdata%

I think the problem arose from old plugins left over after updating Spark
Not loading plugin OTR Plugin (version 0.4 Beta) as it is incompatible with this version of Spark.
