Is there a way to see another user’s spark conversation history without logging in as them? We have users abusing spark and need to see their conversations. It would be preferable if it could be done behind the scenes.
The history is stored in each users computer on their computer. The basic path for a user with a username of johnd would be:
C:\Documents and Settings\johnd\Spark\user\johnd@server.domaincom\transcripts
You could also use one of the community plugins to archive chat logs on the server, but they have scetchy reliability.
You can also enable “Message Audit Policy” in the admin console and select "Audit Message Packets. There are several viewers availabele to parse the log files so they are readable as well.
