I recently installed the Spark IM client on my Windows/Mac/Linux system, and after logging in, the application shows a black screen with no visible UI elements. The app seems to be running, as I can receive messages, but I can’t interact with it.
I have tried:
Restarting my system and reinstalling Spark.
Running Spark with different Java versions.
Checking Openfire server settings for compatibility issues.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Could this be related to graphics settings, Java conflicts, or server misconfigurations? Any troubleshooting tips would be appreciated.
