Spark interferring with medical dictation software

Hi there. My company is a small private radiology practice in Australia. We have just installed Spark on our network. Our Radiologists are using QS Recorder to annotate reports for our typists, however every time they open Spark, it disables the dictation software. Is there something I can do to avoid this, or fix the problem.

My apologies, I was given some incorrect information. Apparently, the conflict occurred when the radiologist attempted to make a voice call with spark. Given there is no real need for us to use this part of Spark, the issue is not really relevant.
