My Spark client keeps restarting. It probably restarts every 10 minutes, if not more often. I am able read the group (Conference) chat that I am subscribed to and can also send messages. I am also able to participate in a 1 on 1 chat and but it restarts as well. I get the following message: “Your connection was closed due to an error.”
I should have included the following:
I have 3 different web browsers (IE, Chrome and FireFox) open and in use in addition to Outlook and none of them are having issues.
I have an Lenovo ThinkPad 520 with Win 7 64 bit, 4G RAM.
This is extremely annoying making the tool almost unusable. Any help would be appreciated.
