Spark Manager problem

Hi everyone,

Sorry - I’‘m not sure what section to post this in but I’'m having problems trying to upgrade my users with the Spark Manager plugin. Whenever I login with an old version (2.0.3) I get “spark_2_0_8.exe is now available. Would you like to install?” I hit ok and nothing happens. No download window, nada.

I have tried restarting the plugin, rebooting my pc and re adding the exe to spark manager but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

I don’'t know how much this will apply to you, but I had a similar problem about 6 months ago.

The solution ended up being that my certificate had expired and the client never alerted me.

As soon as the certificate was updated, the clients all started downloading without issue.
