Spark Menu Items

Hello Everyone:

I have been following the Branded Spark article to change the tiltles and images for a custom build, but now I would like hide certain menu items and set a default.

I would like to :

  1. hide Items and Notes icons

  2. Hide plugins

  3. Hide the “Show Empty Groups”

  4. Hide the “Group Offline Users”

Is there any easy place to comment these out? I have gone through some of the code, but haven’t found what I am looking for yet and I am a total newb to java applications.

I was just hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

Hello Again:

I managed to find most of what I am looking for but I have just a couple of more questions.

When, I run the version of spark I created and then close the program, the javaw.exe continues to run and if i open the program again, I get multiple instances of javaw.exe.

Does anybody know why this happens and how to fix this?
