When my Spark Messenger goes to “Away” status and somebody tries to message me, the program send an automated e-mail reply. I’ve read the thread below advising to go in the program files --> Plugins and delete the emailonaway file. Unfortunately there is no emailonaway file in the Plugin folder.
Any ideas on how to shut this off? Unfortunately the program we use to reduce email clutter is creating email clutter!

I don’t recall any plugin which will do a reply via e-mail. Email on Away plugin only forwards a message to you and shows a message in Spark that this message will be forwarded. The other side doesn’t get an email. If you meant only the forwarding of message to a user who is away, then it must be Email on Away plugin installed on your Openfire server. It has to be removed on the server, not in the Spark (Spark has no plugins to send messages as email). If you don’t have access to your server, then ask your administrator to remove that plugin.
