I work for a company that has a call center, and today I installed openfire and spark so that we could use it as a basic IM service.I want the members only to be able to talk in general chat and not be able to start a private message with each other. Is there anyway we can disable that feature. I listed them as members and restricted most of their privledges but is there a way which it can be removed completely for that group of people?
