This problem seems to happen on certain computers within our agency. This feature works when version 1.1.4 is installed but not in any other versions. This is causing our staff to miss important messages when they do not hear the beep or see the toast pop up. I installed the latest video drivers, java environment, and .NET versions on these computers and it still did not work. I also made sure the old versions were uninstalled before I installled the newer versions. The computers that are having this problem all have Windows 2000 installed. On one computer I was able to get the conversation box to turn blue while minimised(still not flashing though). I had to delete all the Spark folders on the hard drive that remain after you uninstall. Not sure what to try next.
