Spark not saving config after logoff on a Windows Domain

First, my network background; Windows 2003 AD. Running Roaming Profiles. Some users Roaming and Folder redirection. Clients are XP SP3 and Windows 7 32 & 64. Running OpenFire 3.7.0 and Spark 2.6.3.

I spent a month testing and tested with both Roaming and Roaming/Folder Redirection users. Had no issues with settings not being saved.

I went live with Openfire and Spark and have been having issues with some users where the Spark login and preferences are not saved after the users log off.

I havent been able to resolve or find a solution. Can anyone offer some additional clues???

You didn’t mention which clients has issues. XP, 7 x86 or 7x64? Or all of them?

Apologies, it appears the XP machines are the only ones having problem…

I’m leaning towards it being a user profile issue. I wanted to get some feedback before I go blasting user profiles and rebuilding as it is time consuming and a PITA!

I don’t use Spark with roaming profiles, so can’t say anything, but i think i have seen some threads in the forums about issues with such setup. Don’t remember whether it was about XP or other OSes.
