One of my users is getting the message that the “Server is not able to support vCards.” and then it kicks my user out of Spark. Other users are able to add information to their profiles easily.
Any ideas?
Could you check if the concerned person is adding any characters such as > < or & etc… into his profile. Curious if this is related to

Very much so. The user was trying to include an & symbol in theri profile. This made Wildfire/Spark angry and boot them as described.

I’'ve checked in a fix to Smack, where the underlying bug resided:
SMACK-130
It will be updated in Spark when it is updated to the most recent version of Smack.
