Spark Notification Toast is empty/blank when a user joins a workgroup from the fastpath chat

JRE Version: 17.0.5 64-bit
FastPath 4.5.1

When a user tries to join from the web, A toast pops up on the agents PC but it is all blank. They cannot accept the request and start chatting with the client.

Hi Jeremy,

This is caused by a bug in the Openfire plugin for FastPath.

I have implemented a fix. To test the fix, you can use the latest snapshot build of the Fastpath plugin. You can download from the bottom of the page of the Fastpath plugin archive. Use one created in or after March 2025.
