Hi,
i am using spark and openfirefor customer suppot, and i try to change the soundfile chat_request.wav since a few days so that i can hear a new chat request even when i´m not at the computer. But just changing the file doesn´t work. I tried restart spark after changing file, but it plays only standard file.
Is there anything more to do ? I just need some loud sound, preferred one that repeats itself or anything.
