Spark program suddenly started freezing. People can see I’m on but I cannot use any facet of the program without it freezing. I have unitstalled, reinstalled both spark and Java. Rolled my system back before a set of Windows updates and it will not stop freezing. Any experience or further trouble shooting suggestions?
You can try deleting your profile and starting with fresh one (history will be lost).
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Spark
or
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Spark
