I saw in this video: http://benperove.com/screencast/openfire/openfire.htm that upon an inbound call, there was a popup alerting one of the inbound call and callerID, etc. I do not have this working, but then again, I am using a Grandstream Hardphone and not a softphone client. Was this meant to only work with the softphone client? Under preferences / notifications I do have “show a toast popup” enabled. Everything else seems to work fine.
