Spark remains in system tray

Hi I have been using the Spark 2.6.0 RC1 throughout our users, no problems what so ever, however one of our users is having a problem opening the spark client, it loads upon startup of Win 7 and remains in the system tray, upon double clicking the interface usually loads so that the user can communicate with other users on the roster however spark remains in the system tray, I already unistalled, restarted and re installed spark. The program remained with the same behaviour.

Has anyone encountered this issue??

I would usually advise to rename the profile of the user and create a new profile.

Hi thanks for your reply however I am noticing that when i run the program as administrator spark runs without any problems, and shows up once I double click on it through the system tray… quite strange…
