Spark resource usage and clock issue

Dear all,

We are testing Spark and found that client RAM usage is very high , also it will cause the clock running faster when open the software.

Does anyone has this issue?

Yes, Spark is using lots of RAM, because it is a java application. If you need a slim client for low resource machines, then you should consider using some other clients (like Exodus, Psi). I have never seen the clock issue. What OS are you using?

I’m using XP also and haven’t ever seen issues with a clock. Spark is running now and my clock is ok.
