Our spark has always been working fine until last week. Everyone gets disconnected between 8am to 9am. When attempting to relogin, it’ll give the error message “invalid login/password”.
Our server also host our emails but that isn’t effected at all, email still works fine. I’ve also took a look at the event logs on the server and don’t seem to notice anything relevant to the issue.
Any ideas? The only work around we have right now is to reboot the entire server.
Checked the logs, found these entries when spark failed this morning:
2018.01.16 08:01:51 org.jivesoftware.util.cache.DefaultCache - Cache: VCard – object with key rgill is too large to fit in cache. Size is 798829
2018.01.16 08:01:58 org.jivesoftware.util.cache.DefaultCache - Cache: VCard – object with key rgill is too large to fit in cache. Size is 798829
2018.01.16 08:02:04 org.jivesoftware.openfire.nio.ConnectionHandler - Closing connection due to exception in session: (0x00000008: nio socket, server, /172.25.71.68:62456 => /172.20.10.21:5222)
The rest of the logs seems too far off from the time when it occured.
