Spark times out?

Hi… I’m getting tons of complaints around the office that Spark has been disconnecting off and on… The server is up and running fine, and I think it’s just timing out or something. Is there a way for me to increase the amount of time it takes them to timeout, or a setting in the server I should check…?

try setting system property xmpp.client.idle to -1

I don’t have that setting in the system properties. Lots of xmpp stuff, but no xmpp.client.idle :confused:

Thanks! I’ll restart the server and see if this works.

That didnt work for me. Spark stil disconnects alot. Please help.
