We are using OpenFire 3.8.2 at the server, configured to authenticate through LDAP. The client is Spark 2.6.3.
Sometime last night (Monday night), Spark stopped seeing anyone else that is logged on. Each user that logs in can see theirself, but not anyone else.
Myself and the Network Admin are the only two who are able to effect changes to Openfire, and neither of us were in it last night.
I’ve gone through the OpenFire SCRIPT file under embedded-db. Everything seems to be the same.
I’m not sure if I should be looking in the OpenFire files or the Spark client files. Any suggestions on where to look or what configuration to check would be most appreciated.
