Suddenly, I 'd lost plugins and they just disappeared from file list. I’m able to send messages, but unable to receive’em and I have to look in history chat to find them.
I tried to reinstall Spark, but I still have same issue.
By the way, when I click on File>>Preferences I have only four icons (Chat, Group chat, Media settings, and login), but I had 16 icons before that.
Any idea please???
You can try wiping your Spark profile and start with a fresh one. Spark profile is here
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Spark
If you need your history, copy this folder:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Spark\user\username@servername\transcripts
And copy it back after you start with a fresh profile.
I did as you said, and still have same issue!
Do you think that there is something on PC prevent Plugin?
