Spark web and Openfire 3.3.2 Help

I recently installed OpenFire 3.3.2 with the commerical plugins like FastPath , Enterprise , and SparkWeb. I added 3 agents/members to the Default demo workgroup. Even though I am logged in using one of the agent logins through SparkWeb , I always see the number of Active/Total agents in the Workgroup-summary page under Administration console as 0/3. What do I need to do to make the agent available. My intention is to test the fatspath fetaure of a customer initiating a chat with an agent.

Any help is appreciated. Just want to know If I missed any step.

You need to login as an agent using the Spark IM client. There is no agent support in the web based version.
