Spark will not start for one user account

I have a strange issue. I have user who’s profile was renamed (right click, rename) in an attempt to resolve some other issues but now when the user logs in she cannot launch spark. It acts like it is thinking and then, nothing. All other users who log into this PC are working fine.

There is no Spark folder under the user’s profile folder.

Her Desktop and Documents folders are redirected however. It is a Windows 7 64bit PC joined to a domain. She is a domain admin on the PC. It was installed maybe 2 months ago.

I have removed and reinstalled java and spark. Still nothing.

Thoughts?
